To vote a test ballot on our demo line for Central Print Option

1. Call 1-888-661-6366.

2. When asked for poll worker ID, enter 1234.

3. When asked for ballot access ID, enter 101 (township of Addison).

4. Follow the voting instructions to make ballot selections.

To vote a test ballot on our demo line for Fax Print Option (The system will tell you to "please hang up now and your ballot will be faxed to you momentarily".  However, this is just a demo and no ballot will be actually faxed to you.)

1. Call 1-866-979-3900.

2. When asked for poll worker ID, enter 1234.

3. When asked for ballot access ID, enter 101 (township of Addison).

4. Follow the voting instructions to make ballot selections.
